What all is included in the service price?
Your multi-view thermal images will be captured and interpreted by licensed physicians of Thermogram Assessment Services, TAS. Your interpreted report can then be emailed to you and or your medical provider, or sent via regular mail (please allow 10-14 business day to receive your interpreted results via mail).
What can I expect at my thermogram appointment?
You can expect a private room provided by medical office or pharmacy, where we will perform your 1-on-1 thermal scan. Patients do remove their clothing entirely for an accurate scan.
You will have been advised to avoid wearing deodorant, perfumes, lotions and jewelry to your appointment. We also advise patients avoid eating or drinking hot food/drink 2 hours prior to their scan.
How many patients do you serve at Chi Thermal Imaging?
We have served and continue to serve well over a thousand patients throughout Western North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
How long will it take to receive results?
It only takes 4-5 business days for you and or your provider to receive your interpreted report by email. It can take up to 2 weeks to receive reports by mail.
What can be found via thermal imaging?
Full body thermal imaging can help in diagnosing arthritis, nervous system disorders, diabetes, pain syndromes, cause for chronic headaches, soft tissue injuries, fibromyalgia, TMJ conditions, thyroid abnormalities, vascular disorders, breast cancer risk, general inflammation, causes of neck and back problems, metabolic disorders and more.
Can children or elderly get scanned?
Since Thermography is a radiation free, non-harmful, non-invasive scanning procedure, thermal imaging is safe for all ages, and even pregnant women.
